PURPOSE: A preparation method of a surface-modified biomass and biosorption thereof are provided to be environmentally-friendly by recycling fermentation waste. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method includes next steps. A dried bacteria biomass is added to the cationic polymer solution and is reacted. A cross-linking agent is added to the bacteria biomass and the amine radical-containing cationic polymer solution and is reacted. An acid catalyst is added after putting the biomass passing the reaction step into the alcohol and is reacted. A mixture after passing the reaction step is separated, washed, and dried.
