PURPOSE: A clean room panel and a panel assembly structure are provided to create clean environment by preventing dust from piling up and polluting the clean room. CONSTITUTION: A clean room panel(1) comprises a glass panel superficial layer(10,10a), a support coupling mold, and a soundproof adiabatic foam layer(20). The glass panel superficial layer is flat and is formed into a double layer. The support coupling mold is formed between panels. The support coupling mold is formed of a square frame. The soundproof adiabatic foam layer is formed in a space between panels.
