PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating and monitoring an autoimmune disease by using T-cell receptor peptides.

SOLUTION: There are disclosed nucleic acid sequences and peptide sequences of T-cell receptors which are found in a population of MS (multiple sclerosis) patients, wherein the nucleic acid sequences comprise oligonucleotides having about 15 to about 30 nucleotides and also comprise oligonucleotides comprising at least 10 contiguous nucleotides of sequences encoding a sequence selected from the group consisting of a specific sequence, complement thereto or their derivatives.
