<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell stack for applying an appropriate load to a cell laminate and an end plate even when using a ring band having no connecting part. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the fuel cell stack includes (1) a step of preparing the cell laminate and a pair of end plates having recessed parts on a side surface thereof, (2) a step of arranging the cell laminate between the pair of end plates, (3) a step of engaging a protruding part of a pressure jig with the recessed part of the end plate; (4) a step of applying a load in a lamination direction to the cell laminate by using the pressure jig, (5) a step of housing the cell laminate and the pair of end plates in the ring band under the condition where the load is applied to the cell laminate, and (6) a step of extracting the protruding part of the pressing jig from the recessed part of the end plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
