<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast reception device capable of acquiring program information more surely. <P>SOLUTION: In the broadcast reception device 100, a first acquisition means performs program information acquisition processing at predetermined program information acquisition time. When there is a non-acquisition channel where program information can not be acquired in the program information acquisition processing by the first acquisition means, a second acquisition means specifies the earliest program stop start time for the non-acquisition channel and performs program information acquisition processing on the non-acquisition channel a necessary time, needed to acquire program information of the non-acquisition channel, before the specified program stop start time, and a third acquisition means specifies the latest program stop end time for the non-acquisition channel where no program information can be acquired, and performs program information acquisition processing on the non-acquisition channel right after the specified program stop end time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
