<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately allocate resources to PHICH (Physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel). <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station eNB is equipped with: a PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) resource allocation section 11A for allocating PUSCH resources to a PUSCH of a mobile station UE; a PHICH resource allocation section 11B for allocating first frequency direction resources and first code direction resources to the PHICH, based on identification information of the PUSCH resources; and a notification section 12 for notifying the mobile station UE of the PUSCH resources. The PHICH resource allocation section 11B changes frequency direction resources and code direction resources to be allocated to the PHICH from the first frequency direction resources and the first code direction resources to second frequency direction resources and second code direction resources when a use situation of the code direction resources in the first frequency direction resources meets prescribed conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
