摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent capable of curing a glycidyl ether epoxy compound at a low temperature more rapidly than aluminum chelate-based latent curing agents produced by emulsification and interfacial polymerization of a polyfunctional isocyanate in the co-presence of a radical polymerizable monomer such as divinyl benzene and a radical polymerization initiator. SOLUTION: An aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent in the form of core-shell microcapsules contains an aluminum chelate-based curing agent and a cation polymerizable compound in capsules which are made of an interfacial polymerization product of polyfunctional isocyanate.
