PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet feeding device and method which makes streak uneveness inconspicuous to restrain deterioration in image quality and is excellent in production efficiency, and also to provide a method for manufacturing a color filter. SOLUTION: The droplet feeding device has; a droplet feeding head 5 having a plurality of nozzles and a plurality of driving elements; a feeding reel 12 which feeds a seat member 15; a drying chamber 34 which accommodates the seat member 15 and the feeding reel 12 and also accommodates a desiccant which absorbs moisture on the surface of the seat member 15 to execute drying processing; a winding reel 13 which takes up the seat member 15; an imaging device 14 which photographs the image of a functional liquid fed to the seat member 15 to which the drying processing is made; an analysis means 32 which executes image processing to the image to measure the landing area, on the seat member 15, of the functional liquid and finds the distribution of the amounts of the functional liquid fed from the plurality of nozzles; and a control means 31 which adjusts voltages, which are to be applied to the plurality of driving elements, according to the distribution so that the amounts, in the plurality of nozzles, of the liquid to be fed may approach prescribed adequate amounts.
