<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert heat generated when an electronic component is driven into power by a Peltier element to send the power from a feedback part to a power supply part, thereby saving energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This drive controller is provided with: a circuit board 29 in which a plurality of electronic components 31, 31, ... are mounted to a substrate 30 formed with a circuit pattern; a power supply part 27 for supplying power to each electronic component of the circuit board; a Peltier element 26 for converting heat generated when the electronic component is driven into power; and a feedback part 28 for sending the power converted from the heat by the Peltier element to the power supply part.
