<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide four-dimensional water which can extinguish radioactivity by sprinkling four-dimensional water to put out four-dimensional nuclear fire if the three-dimensional fire is extinguished by sprinkling three-dimensional water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This invention cannot be derived without Mochida's four-dimensional consubstantial relativity theory. Three-dimensional water is converted into four-dimensional water; H<SB>3</SB>O. The formula to obtain three dimensions is 1+2=3, because, if the land is obtained, then the sea and the sky can be derived. If the present is obtained, the past and the future can be derived. If the morning is obtained, the daytime and the evening can be derived. The formula to obtain four dimensions is 1+3=4, because, if the north is obtained, then the west, the east and the south can be derived. If a person obtains himself, his father, mother and brother can be derived. If the base is obtained, the pillar, the roof and the wall can be derived. The earth is made of three-dimensional and four-dimensional cells. Since this theory claims 1+2= three dimensions and 1+3= four dimensions, the addition of oxygen converts H<SB>2</SB>into H<SB>3</SB>to make H<SB>3</SB>O; four-dimensional water.
