<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device regulating the stopper position of a throttle lever with high accuracy, having high durability, and reducing manufacturing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This throttle device includes: a throttle shaft 14 supported by a throttle body; a throttle lever 2 fixed to the throttle shaft 14; and a throttle valve provided to the throttle shaft 14 and controlling air volume. The throttle lever 2 is fixed to the throttle shaft 14 by a fixed pin 3 and a spring pin 4. The rotation of the throttle lever 2 in a direction closing the throttle valve is regulated in a such a manner that the fixed pin 3 abuts on a stopper abutting portion 6 provided to the throttle body.
