<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device for achieving both of general photography of many pixels and photography of distance images. <P>SOLUTION: Each of pixels in a first pixel group includes a first photoelectric conversion means (206) for converting a reflected pulse light from an object, which is obtained by applying irradiation pulse light to the object, into a charge, a first charge accumulation means (208) for accumulating the charge converted by the first photoelectric conversion means synchronously with the ON time of the irradiation pulse light, and a first reset means (205) for resetting the charge converted by the first photoelectric conversion means. Each of pixels in a second pixel group includes a second photoelectric conversion means (211) for converting reflected pulse light from the object into a charge, a second charge accumulation means (213) for accumulating the charge converted by the second photoelectric conversion means synchronously with change timing from the ON of the irradiation pulse light to OFF, and a second reset means (210) for releasing the reset of the charge converted by the second photoelectric conversion means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
