<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter module and an inverter integrated type electric compressor securing firm anti-shock strength, moisture resistance, and insulation properties of an upper and a lower substrates of the inverter module, reducing the weight and cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the inverter module 21 having a power system substrate 23 and a control substrate 31 integrated through a resin case 22, the inverter module 21 includes the power system substrate 23 having a semiconductor switching element 24 mounted on a lower part of the resin case 22 and the control substrate 31 having a control communication circuit mounted at an upper part thereof. The power system substrate 23 is resin-sealed in the resin case 22 by filling thermoplastic resin 36 to a height position covering an upper surface of the power system substrate 23, and gel resin material 38 is filled to a height position covering a part of the control substrate 31 from the resin-sealed surface 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
