<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element package that prevents oxidation of a lead frame caused from the lead frame exposed to the outside air. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element package 100 includes a housing 110 containing a cavity 114, a light emitting element 120 located in the cavity, lead frames 131, 132 which contain a first part electrically connecting to the light emitting element in the cavity, a second part extending from the first part to pass through the housing, and a third part extending from the second part to be exposed to the outside air, and a metal layer 145 provided into an area isolated from the housing of the second part of the lead frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
