METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITION FOR LIGHT SCATTERING FILM, AND LIGHT SCATTERING FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light scattering film showing excellence in a light scattering function and surface smoothness, and to provide a method for manufacturing a composition for the light scattering film used for the formation.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the composition for the light scattering film comprises a step (i) of copolymerizing 10-60 wt.% of a fluorine-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer and 90-40 wt.% of another ethylenically unsaturated monomer to obtain a fluorine-containing resin fine particle having an average particle diameter of 0.8-5.0μm, and a step (ii) of mixing the fluorine-containing resin fine particle and a transparent resin having a refractive index of not less than 1.50 to not more than 1.70.
