<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna generating low-temperature and high-humidity negative ion, increasing the immunity to be useful for heathy physical strength and prevention against disease. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this low-temperature high-humidity sauna, heat is stored in a hot water jar, and a large amount of negative ion generating ore 28 is stored in a net basket 29 on a pipe 32. Countless holes are bored in the pipe 32 from an underwater pump 4, thereby making a device for causing heat to flow down on a cascade wall 26. Obsidian, tourmaline ore, or a number of mine ores 28 may be used. By water droplets of the cascade, impact is applied to the mine ores 28 generating a negative ion current.
