<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute performance test of a communication apparatus, in a general-purpose manner, with respect to a plurality of test devices. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Based on specification data D1 and definition file data D2, a scenario editor section 2 creates versatile shared scenario data D3 by using a uniformed scenario language; and based on test environment data D4 and the shared scenario data D3, a scenario translation section 4 creates test scenario data D5 for executing a performance test on a real machine 10. Based on the test scenario data D5, a test execution section 8 executes the performance test on the real machine 10. A test result analysis section 6 creates test result data D10, indicating a test result of the performance test executed by the test execution section 8 and notifies the scenario editor section 2 of the test result data D10.
