PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device wherein degradation of gain due to passage loss increase of second radio waves is suppressed by setting the thickness of a first reflector at an optimum value in accordance with the incident angle of the second radio waves. SOLUTION: The antenna device includes: a first primary radiator 1 for radiating first radio waves W1; a second primary radiator 2 for radiating second radio waves W2; and a double reflector 3 having a center axis offset and arranged with respect to radio-wave radiation directions of the first and second primary radiators 1, 2. The double reflector 3 includes: a first reflector 4 having a conductive grid for reflecting the first radio waves W1 thereon and making the second radio waves W2 pass therethrough to radiate the first and second radio waves W1, W2 in predetermined directions; and a second reflector 5 for reflecting the second radio waves W2 thereon. The thickness T of the first reflector 4 is set at an optimum value varying in accordance with an incident angle θ of the second radio waves W2 with respect to the first reflector 4 varying according to the incident position of the second radio waves W2.
