PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic arrayed transducer which can be miniaturized and can generate a low frequency large acoustic output, and to provide a device with the cubic arrayed transducer. SOLUTION: The cubic arrayed transducer 1 has 12 pieces of both sides radiation transducing means 2, a casing 3 etc., each of the both sides radiation transducing means 2 is arranged on each plane of the casing 3 of the nearly dodecahedron shape, and acoustic radiation is carried out to all directions by driving all both sides radiation transducing means 2 in the same phase.
