PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly determine a degree of current supply to an electric power source terminal of a personal computer or the like at any extent on a design system of a printed board. SOLUTION: An external storage information extracting part 21 acquires the layout information of the printed board. An electric power source wiring route searching part 22a specifies an electric power source terminal of a semiconductor integrated circuit from the layout information, and acquires a component terminal connected to the electric power source terminal, and an electric power source wiring route constituted of a wire. A wiring route inductance calculating part 22b calculates wiring inductance between the electric power source terminal included in the electric power source wiring route and a terminal of a bypass capacitor. An IC electric power source terminal 22c imparts the calculated wiring inductance, and sets and stores a pair of the electric power source terminal and the bypass capacitor.
