PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an apparatus is difficult to distinguish when a rising waveform in a flow rate range considered to be equal or a waveform of a flow rate value occurs. SOLUTION: Such a structure is made that includes an apparatus distinguishing means 22 for comparing measurement flow rate information stored in a measurement flow rate information storage means 8, apparatus flow rate information stored in an apparatus flow rate information storage means 10 and stop flow rate information stored in a stop flow rate information storage means 21 to distinguish the apparatus connected with a flow path 6. Thus, even if the rising waveform in the flow rate range considered to be equal or the waveform of a flow rate value occurs, the apparatus is distinguished by means of a fact that flow rate values immediately before the apparatus stops differ by a difference in a flow rate change due to thermal expansion or the like of a combustion part differing per apparatus.
