PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switching or addition of service, and cooperation with external service such as Web service without providing special equipment. SOLUTION: A speech information processing server 4 and a media server 5 relay speech communication between a telephone terminal 3-A and a telephone terminal 3-B, and extracts a keyword included in the speech communication. An event managing function section 2-2 of an APS (Application Service Provider) server 2 specifies information based on the extracted keyword. An event transmitting and receiving function section 2-1 of the ASP server 2 transmits information which is specified by the event managing section 2-2 to a display terminal 1-A and a display terminal 1-B, and causes both display terminals to display an image based on the transmitted information.
