<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling trowel device of a simple structure capable of easily leveling a pavement material such as asphalt or the like even by an unskilled person, and capable of obtaining a finishing surface high in quality with flatness and high density at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The leveling trowel device 30 for leveling a surface of the pavement material while moving has a trowel body 310 having a contact surface for contacting with the surface of the pavement material and an oscillation-support means 320 for swingingly supporting the trowel body 310.
