<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection quantity control device injecting fuel at suitable injection timing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sampling combining part 2c sets an offset providing phase difference on sampling cycle for sampling a fluctuation value of a detected fuel pressure, and samples the fluctuation values of the fuel pressure in a plurality of times of fuel injection processes. A pressure calculation part 2d calculates the pressure fluctuation value based on sampling data.
