PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drying of dough during fermentation, to shorten time required for making bagels, and to eliminate labor and time for taking out dough in the middle of bagel making. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker, a bagel menu comprises: a fermentation process (Steps S1-S3) of supplying steam to a heating chamber and fermenting the dough by controlling a steam supply means by a control means; a steaming process (Steps S4-S6) to be executed following the fermentation process to supply steam to the heating chamber and steam the dough by controlling the steam supply means by the control means; and a baking process (Steps S7-S9) to be executed following the steaming process to heat the heating chamber and bake the dough by controlling a heating means by the control means.
