PURPOSE: An aluminum-coated waterproof sheet with a reinforcing edge, a manufacturing method thereof and a complex waterproofing method using the waterproof sheet are provided to improve the applicability of waterproof construction through easy connection between waterproof sheets. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum-coated waterproof sheet comprises a lower surface layer of an aluminum heat reflective film(11), an intermediate layer of a waterproof material(12), an upper surface layer of non-woven fabric(13), and a film layer(14) thermally bonded to the underside of the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric and the film layer have edge portions(13a,14a) extended to protrude than the waterproof intermediate layer.
