PURPOSE: A system for making customized gene sequence based on gene translation efficiency is provided to quantitatively predict expression level. CONSTITUTION: A system for making customized gene sequence based on gene translation efficiency comprises: an information input unit(110) for receiving gene sequence and information; a gene sequence generator(120) for generating gene sequence based on efficiency level at translation initiation stage; as reasoning unit(130) for efficiency at translation initiation stage; an information output unit(140) which outputs efficiency at translation initiation stage; and a verification unit(150) for checking real expression level of the gene sequence through the information output unit.
