<p>PURPOSE: A structural steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of a welding work and to secure strength of a construction structure. CONSTITUTION: A structural steel has an oxide of a Zr-Al-Ti-O system or an Al-Mg-Ti-O system as a nucleus. The structural steel has a compound inclusion composed of sulfides or nitride. A manufacturing method of the structural steel is as follows. A molten steel is prepared(S110), The molten steel is deoxidized(S120). A titanium oxide is produced by putting titanium into the molten steel(S140). Multiple nuclei are produced by putting alloy with Mg into the molten steel(S150).</p> |
