<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device which has a structure to output the whole data to be displayed as image data, and contributes to investigation and correction of malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement device has a measurement controller 5 which allows a display part 1 to display a setting guide screen to set measurement conditions, and allows a measurement part to perform measurement in a procedure including setting control to receive measurement conditions from an operation part 2 and the received measurement conditions, and a display controller 3. The display controller 3 stores a plurality of types of data that include setting control, measurement conditions generated by execution of measurement control and measurement results, and are predetermined to be displayed on the display part 1, and display formats corresponding to the types of data in a display target data management part 3d, and allows the display part 1 to display the data. A batch output part 4 outputs a plurality of types of data that are currently stored in the display target data management part as image data not depending on whether or not the data is the one actually displayed when receiving an instruction from a batch copy key 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
