<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter for suppressing a current flowing into a capacitor due to resonance. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter includes two DC power lines 301 for supplying power, a power module SW having a switching element for performing switching operations, a first capacitor C1 disposed on the switching element side, and a second capacitor C2 disposed on a DC power supply B side.
