<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of operation, when obtaining information related to a screen of signage. <P>SOLUTION: An information transmission system includes a screen information transmission means, an ID-relevance imparting means, a mail-returning mail address generation means, a mobile terminal address-relevance imparting means, a registration completion notification means, and a related information acquisition means. The ID-relevance imparting means records a screen ID associatively to a mobile terminal ID when a mobile terminal address associated with the mobile terminal ID is not recorded. The ID-relevance imparting means records the screen ID in association with the mobile terminal ID and the mobile terminal address when the mobile terminal address associated with the mobile terminal ID is recorded. The mail-returning mail address generation means generates a mail-returning mail address such that it is not overlapped. The mobile terminal address-relevance imparting means receives a mail to the mail-returning mail address, and records the mobile terminal address in association with the mobile terminal ID and the screen ID.
