摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and economically manufacturing an optically active bis(alkylphosphino)methane. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a step A of oxidizing a dialkylhydroxymethylphosphineborane (2) to obtain a dialkylphosphineboran (3), a step B, separately from the step A, of converting a hydroxy group in another dialkylhydroxymethylphosphineborane (2) into a releasable functional group to obtain a derivative (4), a step C of lithiating the dialkylphosphineboran (3) obtained in the step A to obtain a lithiated product (5), a step D of causing the lithiated product (5) obtained in the step C to react with the derivative (4) obtained in the step B to obtain a bis(alkylphosphino)methane-borane (1a) and a step E of deboranating the bis(alkylphosphino)methane-borane (1a) to prepare the bis(alkylphosphino)methane (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
