PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking device capable of reducing a height of the whole device. SOLUTION: This parking device 10 includes rails 25 extended vertical-directionally and for guiding elevations of pallets 16a, 16b, 17, a guide 27 fixed onto the pallet 17, and having distal end parts 37 engaged with the rails 25, a guide 26a fixed onto the pallet 16a and having distal end parts 28 engaged with the rail 25, a guide 26b fixed onto the pallet 16b and having a plurality of distal end parts 33 engaged with the rail 25 and divided vertical-directionally, the rails 25 are formed with cut-out parts 41, 42 for inserting the distal end parts 28, 33 when the pallets 16a, 16b move laterally, a vertical width of the distal end part 37 is wider than vertical widths of the cut-out parts 41, 42, the number of the distal end parts 33 is larger than the number of the cut-out parts 41.
