PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize services in terms of charges even if a cellular phone entrepreneur of a call origination destination is different when originating a call from an extension telephone set as a cellular phone terminal. SOLUTION: A telephone apparatus includes: a cellular phone network connecting means for connecting to a cellular phone terminal; an authentication information storage means for each entrepreneur for storing authentication information relating to call origination/termination for each cellular phone service entrepreneur of the cellular phone network; a telephone number storage means for each entrepreneur for storing a predetermined telephone number for each cellular phone service entrepreneur; and a call origination destination number extracting means for extracting a telephone number of a call origination destination. If the call origination destination number is a telephone number stored in the telephone number storage means for each entrepreneur, a call is originated according to authentication information of the corresponding cellular phone service entrepreneur.
