<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise responsiveness of a communication system by using a master node and a slave node. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication system stands by the timing of a next header output start (S220). A header which designates equipment provided in a schedule is output as the next order of equipment designated by the header output most recently (S230). The output header is obtained and it is determined whether or not what is designated by the header is the master node itself (S240). When it is determined that the node is not the master node itself (NO at S240), the output timing of the next header is computed based on a DLC value included in the response (S260). After the output timing is computed, processing returns to S220. Meanwhile, when what is designated by the obtained header is the master node itself (YES at S240), a number obtained by adding 1 to the number of Data Fields updated after a previous output is set as the DLC value, and the Data Field not updated is omitted at response output (S250).
