<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator capable of stabilizing laser output and laser modes by holding angles, namely parallelism, of a partial transparent mirror and a total reflection mirror also in the case of disturbance factors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Flanges 3, 4 are connected by a plurality of pipes 5, 6, 7, 8 having a low thermal coefficient of expansion, and springs 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d for allowing the pipes 5, 6, 7, 8 having a low thermal coefficient of expansion to move toward one another are provided nearly at the center between the flanges 3, 4. With this configuration the pipes 5, 6, 7, 8 having a low thermal coefficient of expansion are curved extremely slightly in the direction of the center. Even if pull or compression force is applied to the pipes 5, 6, 7, 8 having a low thermal coefficient of expansion from this state, all of the plurality of pipes 5, 6, 7, 8 having a low thermal coefficient of expansion are entirely deflected in the direction of the center, thus holding parallelism between the flanges 3, 4.
