<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement transmission device capable of inhibiting an internal leak when a load is applied on a piston and facilitating quick return of a hydraulic chamber pressure when the load is not applied. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The displacement transmission device includes a cylinder 10, a large diameter piston 12 held in a large-diameter cylinder part 20 of the cylinder 10, and a small diameter piston 14 held in a small-diameter cylinder part 22 of the cylinder 10, and transmits the displacement of the large-diameter piston 12 to the small diameter piston 14 through fluid in the hydraulic chamber 24. The large diameter cylinder part 20 includes a cylinder-side inclined surface inclined to gradually expand toward a direction in which the large diameter piston 12 separates from the hydraulic chamber 24. The large diameter piston 12 includes a piston-side inclined surface facing the cylinder side inclined surface. The cylinder-side inclined surface abuts on the piston-side inclined surface at the most advanced position where the large diameter piston 12 is closest to the small diameter piston 14.
