<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability during replacing a thermostat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A partition wall 32 of a first oil pan 3 and a third oil pan 5 partition a recessed first chamber 6 from a second chamber 7 located therearound via an outer wall 31 of the first oil pan 3 and the inside of a second oil pan 4. In the outer wall 31, a baffle plate insertion hole 31h is previously formed passing therethrough so that a baffle plate 91 can be inserted through the outside thereof. Baffle plates 91, 92 are each mounted on the outer wall 31 to cover the upper part of the second chamber 7. The baffle plate 91 is inserted into the baffle plate insertion hole 31h through the outside of the outer wall 31 while covering the baffle plate insertion hole 31h with its cartridge portion 91c, and detachably mounted on the outer wall 31 of the first oil pan 3.
