PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device allowing a user to appropriately grasp positional information on an object existing around a vehicle. SOLUTION: This driving support device includes detecting means 20a-20h detecting the object existing around the vehicle, a plurality of transmitting means transmitting tactile stimulation to the user, and a control means calculating the positional information of the object detected by the detecting means 20a-20h, and driving the plurality of the transmitting means based on the calculated positional information. After executing first control for driving the prescribed transmitting means out of the plurality of transmitting means, the control means executes second control for driving the transmitting means out of the plurality of transmitting means in accordance with the positional information so that the tactile stimulation in accordance with the positional information is transmitted to the user. By driving the transmitting means in the first control, the transmitting means enabling a grasp of the relationship between the transmitted tactile stimulation and the positional information corresponding to the stimulation is selected in the second control.
