PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker mounting structure capable of suppressing the generation of noise by high-frequency sound while ensuring high mounting rigidity in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Mounting pieces 23a, 23b of the speaker 20 are tightened through a high tightening force, directly abutting against a section on an inner panel 6 having a relatively low rigidity. Further, a mounting piece 23c of the speaker 20 is tightened with a lower tightening force than those of the mounting pieces 23a, 23b through an elastic body 17 for a section on the inner panel having a relatively high rigidity. Thus, with a simple configuration requiring no a vibration absorber or the like, it is possible to suppress the generation of noise caused by high frequency sound while ensuring high mounting rigidity of the speaker 20.
