PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning appliance capable of actively informing a user of generation of carbon monoxide gas even when the burning appliance is used in an environment without a gas detector. SOLUTION: A colored portion including a carbon monoxide detection agent changing its color by contact with carbon monoxide gas is provided so as to enable exposure to combustion gas from a combustion gas discharge port and easy visual recognition.
