<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an industrial apparatus which can accurately determine the soil condition of a filter through which air sucked into a casing from an air intake is passed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air intake 18 is subdivided by a plurality of openings 18a, and the flow speed of the air sucked through the air intake 18 is increased. The filter 26 is movable in the anteroposterior direction of the casing 11 in the state of being attached to attaching frames 24 and 25. A casing side electrode 23 and a filter side electrode 27 are provided on such positions that they face each other in the state of attaching the filter 26 to the attaching frames 24 and 25.
