<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen counter made of synthetic resin whose reverse surface shape is easily processible, and to provide a method for manufacturing the kitchen counter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Nests 7 placed on both sides of a plate part 6b of an upper side folder 6 are freely invertibly provided and a projection 6a is provided for a lower end of the plate shape part 6b to comprise an upper mold 8, resin is poured in a metal mold cavity 9 formed between the plate shape part 6b of the upper mold 8, the nests 7, and a lower mold 5 to form a surface layer, only the nests 7 are moved upward just for a set amount to form a space, and resin is poured in the space to form a reverse surface layer.
