<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily breathe, reduce deformation, and improve universality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of steps are formed on a side wall part 12 extended to open from one end part toward the other end part, so that the side wall part 12 is bent in stages. The surface of the side wall part 12 is thus enlarged to enable a user to easily breathe. Its bending rigidity is improved to reduce deformation. Even when the user's nasal foramen is small, either one of the steps of the side wall part 12 gets in contact with the opening of the nasal foramen by a certain area, and it is less likely to come off, which improves universality.
