<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely monitor abnormal opening of a front door of a game machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A door open/close management part 72 manages information on the opening of the front door of the game machine 2 transmitted from the game machine 2 based on a database 4. A locking part open/close management part 71 manages information on the opening of an outside locking device 11 for restraining the opening of the front door by pressing the front door of the game machine 2 based on the database 4. An abnormality detecting part 73 compares the information on the opening of the front door 111 registered in the database 4 with the information on the opening of the opening restraining part, and detects abnormal opening of the front door 111 of the game machine 2 based on the result of comparison.
