CATALYST CARTRIDGE, MULTI-TUBE TYPE CATALYTIC REACTOR USING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF CATALYST REPLACEMENT

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-tube type catalytic reactor which allows time for catalyst replacement to be reduced by improving the work efficiency of catalyst replacement and allows time for performance evaluation after the catalyst replacement to be reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The catalyst cartridge 1 is used for the multi-tube type catalytic reactor including a reactor having an internal space fed with a heating medium, and a plurality of reaction tubes with one end communicated with a raw material inlet of the reactor and the other end with a reaction product outlet of the reactor. The cartridge 1 includes a flange part 2 provided with openings 3 at positions corresponding to the respective reaction tubes, inner tubes 4 extended from the respective openings 3 and contained in the reaction tubes when installed in the multi-tube type catalytic reactor, and catalyst support parts 5 which is set in the ends opposite to the flange part 2 side of the inner tubes 4 and supports the catalyst in such a way that the raw material passes through the catalyst filled in the inner tubes 4.
