PURPOSE: A sluice valve and the ball screw are used as the means for moving up and downing the valve disc. The generation of the frictional resistance of the ball screw and stem are prevented. CONSTITUTION: The sluice valve comprises the valve body(110), the top cover, and the valve disc(140). The valve body comprises the flow path in which the fluid flows. The top cover is combined on the top of the valve body. The stem passes through the center of the top cover. The peripheral groove(121) of helix is formed in the outer circumference of stem. At the center of the valve disc, the upper end the stem insertion hole(141) is formed is combined with the ball screw(150) moved up and downs according to stem.
