PURPOSE: An abrasion prevention apparatus of a ball guide for a handpiece is provided, which extends easily the lifetime of handpiece and reduces maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: An abrasion prevention apparatus of a ball guide for a handpiece comprises: a guide member(4) for a handpiece for preventing the abrasion of the guide unit of the ball guide member equipped in the handpiece; and a rotator(10) of a ring shape which is rotationally arranged within the guide unit of the ball guide member while being rotationally arranged in the boundary surface of the steel ball arranged in an annular recess of the operation member.
