PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recycling router bit is provided to improve coherence between a processing unit and a joint unit because the outer surface of a cutting unit is processed through a stepping process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a recycling router bit comprises following steps. A recyclable router bit(100) is selected. The outer surface of the cutting unit of the selected router bit is processed through a stepping process. A joint unit(114) is formed on the outer surface of the cutting unit through injection molding. The outer circumference of the joint unit is annealed. The re-cutting unit(120) is formed at one end of a shank unit of the router bit.
