<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power consumption monitoring system for increasing the daily saving consciousness of a user belonging to the same group. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric power consumption monitoring system, a ranking browsing part 452 makes it possible only for a plurality of group subordinate users belonging to a specific group, of a plurality of users to browse the ranking of the achievement rate of the reduction target of the plurality of group subordinate users. A dealing processing recording part 453 has a write-in function for enabling the group subordinate user to write the dealing process performed by the group subordinate user who has received notification to request the reduction of the electric power consumption by using the terminal equipment.
